A: Ringtones are digital files that let you customize the sound your phone makes when you receive a call.

Music tones, also called Master tones, allow a clip or sample of the actual recording of a song to be played as an alert or ring on your phone! Music tones only work with some phone models.

A: Voice ringtones are sound clips with people talking. Sound ringtones are sound effects clips. When formatted for your phone, you can use them just like you would another type of ringtone.
