The second game saw the Rebels take the early lead, moving out as much as five points at 8-3. The Gators responded, however, claiming the lead at 13-12 and did not relinquish it on the way to a 30-22 win in the second game.
The third game started out with the Gators in control before Ole Miss would make a late run. The early deficit proved to be too much for the Rebels to overcome, though, as
Ole Miss will return to action on Sunday when the Rebels will play host to the Gamecocks of South Carolina. The Gamecocks fell to No. 22 LSU by a score of 3-0 on Friday.
