FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Colorado State University students have a lot to look forward to with their volleyball team in the upcoming weeks. Following Wednesday night’s match at rival Colorado, the nationally ranked Rams begin a set of five straight matches at Moby Arena.
In preparation for that, Colorado State University students that reside on-campus are encouraged to take part in the “Floors that fill Moby” promotion, sponsored by the CSU athletic department.
The residence hall floor that brings the most members to Moby Arena during the five-match homestand will win a pizza party on their floor with the volleyball team as well as being recognized on the field at a home football game this season. Each individual will need to check in at a “Green Machine” table before the match to register. The results will be announced at the Sept. 26 match against Wyoming and will be based on the highest attendance percentage.
The contest runs through the next five home volleyball matches, which includes North Carolina on Friday and No. 8 Florida on Saturday followed by three straight Mountain West conference showdowns against Utah (Sept. 18), No. 23 BYU (Sept. 20) and Wyoming (Sept. 26). All matches will begin at 7 p.m and all CSU students get in free to all Rams volleyball matches with their student ID.
