CANYON, Texas The Lady Buffs took on Texas A&M International in their fourth game in the BritKare Lady Buff Classic. The Dust Devils gave the Lady Buffs all they could handle in games one and three, but WT was able to maintain their sweep streak, beating them 25-23, 25-10, and 25-23.

Juniors Melissa Harper and Laura Prinsen led the team in kills with 11 each. Lauren Thedford proved to be a force on the service line, tallying three service aces. Sophomore setter Teresa Dunn played the entire match as the Lady Buffs setter and had 34 assists. The Lady Buffs had eight blocks in the match to TAMUI's six to contribute to the win.

"Our offense was good, but we need to be more consistent and take care of plays," said Lady Buffs head coach Tony Graystone. "International faught hard, but we got the result we were looking for. Teresa set the entire match and did a nice job, and we served tough today. We also got Melissa involved early, and she and Laura Prinsen did well offensively."

The Lady Buffs will close out the BritKare Lady Buff Classic tonight at 6:00 p.m. where they will take on Fort Hays State. The game can be watched at www.gobuffsgo.com.
