The two collegians who survived the cut at the 2007 U.S. Women's Open completed play on Sunday, as Duke's Jennie Lee and Amanda Blumenherst tied for 39th and 50th respectively, at Pine Needles Lodge and Golf Club in Southern Pines, N.C.   Both players shot a 3-over 74 on the final day of competition, with Lee finishing at +10 for the tournament, and Blumenhurst +12.

Lee started on the 10th hole on Sunday and made par on her first seven holes before bogeying the par-3 17th hole.  She bogeyed two more holes on the front nine but made par on the remaining seven.  It was her second straight round without a birdie after making three on the first two days of the tournament.

Blumenherst had a wild round Sunday, making four birdies, five bogeys and one double bogey.  Also starting on the 10th, Blumenherst finished strong, making par or better - including two of her birdies - on the final seven holes after her double bogey on hole No. 2.
