CHICAGO (AP) - Allie Quigley scored 23 points and Deirdre Naughton added 21 to help No. 23 DePaul beat Villanova 78-55 on Sautrday.

Natasha Williams had 12 points and two blocks for DePaul (16-5, 5-3 Big East).

Lisa Karcic scored 17 points and Maria Getty had 14 for Villanova (12-10, 2-7), which hit 11 3-pointers.

Trailing 12-6 early in the first half, DePaul used a 21-6 run to build a 27-18 advantage with 8:29 left before the break. Naughton scored 11 points during the spurt. Quigley hit five of her six 3-point attempts in the first half as the Blue Demons took a 44-28 lead into the break.

DePaul extended its lead to 20 on two free throws by Quigley midway through the second half.

Villanova wasn't able to get closer than 13 the rest of the game.
