CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) -Reserve Jade Perry had 19 points and 14 rebounds to help top-ranked Maryland achieve a season-high point total by beating the Miami Hurricanes 111-53 Wednesday.
Fellow reserve Ashleigh Newman also scored 19 points, sinking six of seven 3-point tries for the Terrapins.
Defending national champion Maryland (18-0, 2-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) earned its 24th consecutive victory, extending a school record. Miami (9-9, 0-3) lost its fourth game in a row and only its second this season at home.
