CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) -Ivory Latta scored 24 points while LaToya Pringle added a career-high 22 Thursday night to lead No. 2 North Carolina past Virginia Tech 102-68.
Camille Little scored 19 points for the Tar Heels (17-0, 2-0 Atlantic Coast Conference), who bounced back from a sluggish performance in their league opener to crack the 100-point mark for the third time this season.
Kirby Copeland scored 17 points to lead Virginia Tech (10-6, 1-1), which had won six of seven after a 4-4 start.
