Second Ranked Cavaliers Set to Host Clemson and Georgia Tech
Virginia looks to remain undefeated in the ACC

CHARLOTTESVILLE - The Virginia men's tennis team will host a pair of conference foes this weekend at the Snyder Tennis Center. The second ranked Cavaliers will meet No. 26 Clemson at 3 p.m. Friday and will host No. 46 Georgia Tech Sunday at 11 a.m.
The Cavaliers (17-3, 5-0 ACC) are coming off a 6-1 victory over No 39 Virginia Tech on Wednesday. Virginia is undefeated at home this season, and enters the weekend on an 11-match home winning streak, dating back to last season. The streak is tied for the second longest home winning streak in school history. The school record is 20 consecutive home wins, set from 2004 to 2006.
Clemson (21-6, 2-3 ACC) swept a doubleheader at home on Tuesday, topping UC-Riverside 7-0 and UNC Greensboro 6-1. The Tigers will play James Madison on Friday morning at 10 a.m. at the Snyder Tennis Center before playing the Cavaliers later in the day.
Georgia Tech (5-10, 2-3 ACC) is coming off a pair of conference losses at home last weekend. The Yellow Jackets fell 6-1 to Duke and 4-3 to North Carolina. Georgia Tech will play at Virginia Tech on Friday before traveling to Charlottesville for Sunday's match. The match time on Sunday is at 11 a.m., a change from the time listed on the original schedule.
