HIGH POINT, N.C. - High Point picked up four victories in singles play and that was enough to edge UNC Asheville, 4-3 in men's college tennis action Friday evening.
The Bulldogs (0-3) battled hard on Friday and were able to get singles victories from freshman Joe May and sophomore Mauricio Correa. Asheville won the doubles point as the teams of Loic Hereson-Tyler Begg and Rob Nunnery and Joe May won their matches.
UNC Asheville's next match will be at Gardner-Webb Wednesdaya afternoon at 2 p.m.
