Metro State To Play the Colorado Rapids Wednesday

Two teams to play at Dick's Sporting Goods stadium

DENVER, COLO. - Metro State and the Colorado Rapids are scheduled to play an exhibition soccer match at the new Dick's Sporting Goods stadium in Commerce City, Colo., Wednesday, March 28 at 5 p.m., Roadrunner men's head coach Ken Parsons announced.

"An opportunity to play a professional team in a professional venue is something our players may never experience again," said Parsons. "We are extremely grateful for the opportunity the Rapids have extended to our players."

The match will take place on the practice field at the brand-new soccer specific stadium. Parking and admission to the match are free.
