NEW YORK - September 22, 2005 - SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI), which offers more live sports play-by-play than any other radio source with live coverage of more than 250 professional and college teams, together with CSTV: College Sports Television, Conference USA and the Mountain West Conference, announced today an agreement to broadcast two college football "Games of the Week," one each from Conference USA and the Mountain West Conference, on SIRIUS throughout the season. In addition to the "Games of the Week," other C-USA and MWC games may be heard on SIRIUS over the course of the season. Schedules are available at www.sirius.com.
Mountain West Conference football games will feature Air Force, BYU, Colorado State, New Mexico, San Diego State, TCU, UNLV, Utah and Wyoming. The next game scheduled to air on SIRIUS is Air Force @ Utah tonight, September 22. The game will air on SIRIUS channel 123. Conference USA teams include East Carolina, Houston, Marshall, Memphis, Rice, SMU, Southern Mississippi, Tulane, Tulsa, UAB, UCF and UTEP. The next CUSA game to air on SIRIUS will be Memphis @ Tulsa this Saturday, September 24 on SIRIUS channel 110.

CSTV becomes the official television partner for the Mountain West Conference in 2006. The MWC forged an agreement with CSTV, giving the fastest-growing independent cable network exclusive rights to Mountain West Conference football and men's basketball, plus coverage for all other MWC sports.
