COLUMBUS, Ohio-The Ohio football squad will travel north to face third-ranked Ohio State at noon Saturday. The game will be carried on the ESPN. Pam Ward will handle the play-by-play, while former NFL linebacker Ray Bentley, a Central Michigan graduate, will provide color commentary.
Ohio is coming off a 21-20 loss at Wyoming Saturday. Junior wideout Taylor Price amassed a school-record 14 receptions in the loss to go with a career-high 139 receiving yards, while sophomore linebacker Noah Keller posted 15 tackles, which was the most for any Bobcat defender in the last three seasons. Redshirt freshman Donte Harden also ripped off another school record, a 100-yard kickoff return for touchdown in the second quarter.
Ohio State had no trouble with Youngstown State, dispatching the Penguins 43-0 in Ohio Stadium. Running back Chris Wells rushed for 111 yards on 13 attempts with one touchdown before leaving the contest with a foot injury in the third quarter. Quarterback Todd Boeckman posted a passing efficiency of 191.09, connecting on 14 of 19 attempts for 187 yards and two touchdowns. Defensively, Ohio State held YSU to 74 total yards, which included a rushing total of -11. Linebackers Tyler Moeller and Marcus Freeman led the Buckeye defense with six tackles apiece.

After Saturday's game, Ohio will return home for a noon contest on Saturday with defending MAC champion Central Michigan, while Ohio State will travel to USC for an 8 p.m. showdown that same day.
