AUSTIN, Texas -­ The Texas football game day program will take on a flashy new look beginning at the Longhorns August 30 home game with Florida Atlantic.

The new Texas Football Playbook will feature rosters, depth charts, standings, player features, color photographs and much more.

The first issue will feature a cover tribute to Vince Young, in honor of his jersey retirement ceremony.

The 30,000 Texas Football Playbook will be distributed FREE at each home game.

In addition, fans may also purchase the 2008 Official Texas Football Yearbook at Longhorns LTD., the University Co-op and Team Spirit stores. The inaugural addition of the Longhorns yearbook features 144 pages of season and historical information, expanded player bios, photographs and more. The Yearbook is on sale now at Longhorns LTD., the University Co-op and Team Spirit stores.
