2008 Football Schedule

Pocatello, ID --- The Big Sky Conference has released the 2008 football television schedule, and Idaho State is featured on five television broadcasts, including four road games, and three consecutive games on Altitude Sports. The only home game to be televised will be the Montana State game, and the kickoff for that game has been moved from 6:35 pm to 1:37 pm to accommodate Altitude Sports.

The Bengals will have at least four road games telecast, two national, and two originating locally. The season opener at Boise State will be broadcast by KTVB out of Boise, and it will be simulcast by KPVI TV-6 in Pocatello. The other locally originated broadcast will be the November 15 game at Montana, which will be broadcast by KPAX out of Missoula.

The Bengals will be featured on three of the Big Sky's four Altitude telecasts, all coming in consecutive weeks. Fans can catch the conference opener at Eastern Washington on September 27 at 1:37 pm Mountain Time (a change from the original 7:05 pm Mountain kickoff). The following week ISU hosts Montana State at 1:37 (a change from 6:35 pm) at Holt Arena on October 4, and then ISU's game at Northern Colorado on October 11 will be on Altitude as well, starting from Nottingham Field at 1:37 pm.

Last year, ISU also had six games broadcast on television, including three Altitude telecasts, and this is the second straight year four road games will be telecast. There is a potential for a fifth road broadcast with the September 6 game at the University of Idaho.

All Idaho State conference games, and the non-conference home opener against North Dakota will be broadcast on Big Sky TV.
