Junior receiver notifies OU coaching staff of intentions to enter 2008 NFL Draft.

NORMAN, Okla. -- Junior receiver Malcolm Kelly has notified the Oklahoma coaching staff of his intentions to enter the 2008 NFL Draft.
 
Kelly completes his Sooner career ranked second all-time with 21 touchdown receptions and 2,285 receiving yards. He earned second team All-Big 12 honors and honorable mention by the Associated Press in 2007.

2007 Season
All-Big 12 second team by the coaches and honorable mention by the Associated Press ... ranks second all-time at OU with 21 career touchdown receptions and 2,285 receiving yards ... has three 100-yard games this season and nine in career (second best all-time at OU) ... four grabs for 118 yards and two TD vs. UNT ... four catches for 102 yards and three TD against Miami ... six catches for 81 yards and two TD vs. Utah State ... five grabs for 105 yards and one touchdown against Texas ... led Sooners in Big 12 Championship with 72 yards on four catches.

2006 Season
All-Big 12 second team by the coaches and Associated Press ... led the Sooners in receptions, receiving yards and touchdown catches ... tied the school record with 11 receptions against Texas Tech ... went over 100 receiving yards in five games with a best of 164 versus Middle Tennessee, a bowl team ... set a quarter record in that game after hauling in three passes for 134 yards in the first period ... set Big 12 Championship Game records with 10 receptions and 142 yards ... also caught two TDs in the win over Nebraska ... became the fastest player in OU history to reach 1,000 career receiving yards when he did it in his 19th game (at Missouri) ... ranks No. 6 at OU for receptions in a season, No. 3 in receiving yards and No. 4 in touchdown receptions ... had at least one touchdown in seven games and two scoring catches in three ... suffered a knee injury early in the Fiesta Bowl and missed most of the game (no statistics).

2005 Season
All-Big 12 honorable mention (Big 12 Coaches) ... named to The Sporting News’ Freshman All-America honorable mention team and All-Big 12 Freshman Team ... led the Sooners in receptions and receiving yards ... season-high eight receptions at Nebraska ... caught seven passes for 79 yards in the Pacific Life Holiday Bowl ... hauled in five passes for a season-best 118 yards against Texas A&M ... had TD catches against Kansas and Texas Tech ... ended season ranked No. 3 at OU for receiving yards by a freshman and for receptions by a freshman ... became the fourth freshman in OU history to lead the team in receiving, the first since 1975.
