HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) - Mark Linebaugh tied a career-high with 27 points as Colgate beat Army, 82-72, Wednesday in a Patriot League game.
The Raiders (12-8, 3-4) extended their winning streak to four straight over the Black Knights (9-11, 3-4), who have suffered 15 straight losses on Colgate's home court.
Pat Campolieta recorded his fifth double-double of the season as he finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds and Howard Blue added 16 for Colgate. Charles Woodruff led Army with 21 points and eight rebounds, while Chris Spatola chipped in 19 points.
With Army holding a 23-22 first-half lead, the Raiders went on a 6-0 run and never trailed again. Colgate led by as many as 12 before settling for a 46-37 halftime advantage.
The closest Army got in the second half was 77-70 with 50 seconds left.
