Ohio Tops St. Bonaventure, 77-58

The Bobcats improve to 4-2 on the season.

ATHENS, Ohio (AP) - Justin Orr and Allen Hester scored 13 points apiece and Ohio never trailed in a 77-58 victory Wednesday night over St. Bonaventure.

The Bobcats (4-2) took advantage of three early turnovers by the Bonnies (4-5) and jumped to a 9-2 lead on Orr's 3-point basket with 17:58 left. St. Bonaventure tied it at 33 on a 3-pointer by Hillary Haley with 1:20 left in the half.

But the Bobcats opened the second half with an 18-2 run to put the game out of reach. They upped their lead to 69-41 on Hester's dunk with 7:56 left. Bubba Walther added 12 points for Ohio and Leon Williams had 9 points and 10 rebounds.

Michael Lee scored 17 points for the Bonnies - the only player to score in double figures. Tyler Benson had 9 points.
