DAVIS, Calif. - Kyle Brucculeri was recently named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches 2007-08 Honors Court. The UC Davis standout, who completed his junior season last year with the Aggies, was among selected student-athletes from across the nation who received the distinction. To be considered for the NABC Honors Court, individuals must be either a junior or senior and possess at least a 3.2 cumulative G.P.A.
Brucculeri averaged 7.3 points in 2007-08 and finished second on the team with 46 three-pointers. He has made 125 three-pointers in his career, leading UC Davis in that category over the past three years. For his career, Brucculeri is averaging 7.7 ppg.
In April, he was named to the Big West Conference Academic All-Conference team.
