Columbia, Mo. - Off-season training is well underway for the Missouri Basketball program and in addition to conditioning, weight training and open-gym sessions, the Tigers utilize Strength and Conditioning Coach David Deets' sand-resistance training workout one day a week at a local sand volleyball court.
The training session lasts approximately one hour and has the Tigers going through a series of drills, including speed training, shuttle drills and balance work.
