Alabama Ousts Archrival Auburn from NCAA Regionals

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Jeremy Brown had a pair of RBI singles, and Zac Welch added a two-run double as Alabama bounced SEC rival Auburn from the NCAA regionals, 6-3.

Freshman reliever Taylor Tankersley twice pitched out of bases loaded jams in the final three innings for the Crimson Tide. The Tigers (34-26) loaded the bases with one out in the ninth on a walk and two singles. Tankersley struck out pinch-hitter Kyle Bohm and Sean Gamble to earn his sixth save.
