BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Samford Baseball program will host its annual Parents and Alumni Day this Saturday at Joe Lee Griffin Field.

The coaching staff is expecting a large group of parents for the weekend and would like to invite any alumni that would like to come out to a live scrimmage Saturday morning at 10 a.m.

The scrimmage will be immediately followed by a baseball program cookout to be held on the Talbird Circle in the center of camps at Samford's tailgating section for the Bulldogs' football game against second-ranked and three-time defending national champion Appalachian State.
