Construction began today on Mahaney Diamond.

ORONO, Maine -- Construction began today to install turf on the University of Maine's Mahaney Diamond. A similar infill field turf that was placed on Morse Field and Mahaney Dome will be installed. Sargent Corporation is currently doing earthwork to prepare the surface for Northeast Turf. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
