2007 NAIA Preseason Men's Cross Country Top 25 Poll Announced

Malone starts No. 1 in polls

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Malone College (Ohio) Men's Cross Country team will start the 2007 season as the leader in the 2007 NAIA Preseason Men's Cross Country Top 25 poll.  The Pioneers totaled 175 points, including a first place vote, to receive the top honor.

Aquinas College (Mich.) grabbed the second ranking with 171 total points and two first place votes. MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) begins the season at No. 3, as the Pioneers earned 170 points, including three  first place votes. Westmont (Calif.) and Azusa Pacific (Calif.) fill out the No. 4 and No. 5 slots, respectively.

The first regular season Top 25 Poll will be released on Wednesday, Sept. 12.
