Rohr, Morris Finish Season at Olympic Trials

Two Tigers took part in the men's hammer

EUGENE, Ore. - Missouri junior Chris Rohr (Lee's Summit, Mo.) and senior Jason Morris (St. Louis, Mo.) participated in the qualifying round of the men's hammer throw on Monday. Rohr finished 20th with a day's best of 216 feet (65.85m) while Morris took 23rd with a 208-2 (64.37m) mark. The Olympic Trials will now take two days off before resuming on Thursday.

It took 221-2 (67.42m) to get into Thursday's final.

When the meet resumes on Thursday, Tiger junior Krishna Lee (Kansas City, Mo.) will participate in the qualifying round of the women's shot put.
