Loukas Scores Pair of Top-Five Finishes at National Meet
Christian Loukas finishes third in the 3-meter solo and 3-meter synchronized events

STANFORD, Calif. - Following up her first-place finish in the 1-meter springboard earlier this week, Christina Loukas (Riverwoods, Ill./Deerfield) closed out the Kaiser Permanente National Diving Championships with third place finishes in the 3-meter solo and 3-meter synchronized events.
Competing solo in the 3-meter springboard, Loukas recorded a score of 327.50 to take third Behind Cassidy Krug (347.10) and Nancilea Foster 9333.65). Partnering with Amanda Miller in the synchronized event, the duo tallied 290.10 points, coming in behind Kelci Bryant/Ariel Rittenhouse (319.80) and Krug/Foster (291.15).
In late action from Saturday, Brittney Feldman (Indianapolis, Ind./Broad Ripple) competed in the synchronized platform event, taking sixth with partner Amy Korthauer (Naperville, Ill./Naperville Central).
Also competing at the meet was former Hoosier Cassandra Cardinell (2001-03, 05). Cardinell finished second in the platform (342.65), second in the synchronized platform with Heather Bounds (291.66).
