The Williams Ephs had an exciting match today against traditional squash powerhouse Trinity. Though the Ephs lost 7-2, this was by far the closest match in recent history against the Bantams, who are ranked #2 nationally.
It was the first time in several years that the Ephs have taken any matches off the Bantams, and today the Ephs took two: Stephanie Barnet '08 and Joanna Leathers '05 crushed their opponents 3-0. Lizzie Reifenheiser '06 and Kate Whipple '07 also had great showings, both taking their opponents to four games.
Katie Shattuck '05 and Megan Henze '05 also won their matches at #10 and #11, yet only the top 9 matches are counted in the overall team score.
