"We have had a great week of practice and all of the crews are working hard to come together," said head coach Rob McCracken. "The team has done a great job managing the stresses of exams as they prepare for their season ending regatta. Our goal this weekend is to row a solid race from start to finish. If we execute properly, I think we have the potential to surprise a few people."
The Colonials Novice Eight of Katie Martin, Victoria Koke, Rhonda Crittle, Ellen VanCleave, Allison Miedema, Sasha Frankel, Carrie Rollman, Stephanie DeFlora and Kate Williamson will also take to the line for the final time this weekend. "I hope this group can relax a bit and enjoy their races this weekend," said GW women's assistant coach Sarah Dondero. "They have been working hard the past two weeks so if they can stay calm, they should have some good results."
