CSTV, the NCAA, and CBS Sports have a long term agreement to televise at least 12 NCAA Championships every year in men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, men's water polo, women's water polo, field hockey, women's ice hockey, and Division III men's and women's basketball. After all the days games were complete, NCAA March Madness Highlights on CSTV, the official highlight show of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament began. NCAA WRESTLING ON CSTV
Nothing fake here! NCAA Wrestling on CSTV once again features the country's premier college wrestling programs, including Oklahoma State, Iowa State, Iowa, and Penn State. The NWCA All-Star Classic, the EWL, National Duals and Big Ten Championships are among the highlights of the only college wrestling schedule on TV.

NCAA LACROSSE ON CSTV
CSTV is the only network that televises live national weekly men's and women's college lacrosse — America's fastest-growing sport. This season's lineup features the top teams, biggest games, and fiercest rivalries — from defending men's champ Syracuse and Final Four teams Navy, John Hopkins and Princeton, to national power Notre Dame. The women's slate has NCAA Division I finalist Princeton, Ohio State, Penn State, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, and Northwestern. NCAA BASEBALL ON CSTV

CSTV's third season of NCAA baseball, NCAA Baseball on CSTV presented by Easton Sports, premiered Sunday, March 20, with 2004 NCAA runner-up and current #4 Texas visiting #8 Baylor. CSTV's schedule features defending NCAA champion Cal-State Fullerton and fellow NCAA tournament participants Arizona, Stanford, Notre Dame, Long Beach State, Rice, UNLV, St. John's, Army, and Missouri.

The NCAA Baseball on CSTV presented by Easton Sports schedule features seven teams in the Top 25: #3 Texas, #4 Cal-State Fullerton, #8 Baylor, #9 Arizona, #13 Stanford, #14 Rice, and #22 Notre Dame. The schedule features colleges from the following conferences: Big 12, Pac-10, Mountain West, Big West, Big East, Conference USA, West Coast, WAC, Atlantic 10, and Patriot League. CSTV's on-air coverage of college baseball will extend to coverage of the Big Ten Championship, the NCAA Baseball Championship Regional Round and more in The One College Sports Show, the network's innovative studio show which covers college sports from every possible angle.

NCAA Softball

Go the yard with CSTV Softball, unparalleled national coverage of the best-of-the-best. Tune in to CSTV and wind up with the Big Ten and Conference USA tournament Championship games. Featured games include national powerhouses Texas, Oklahoma, San Diego St., Colorado St., Arizona and Stanford. NCAA FIELD HOCKEY ON CSTV
For the third consecutive year, CSTV will televise the NCAA Field Hockey Championship. Also showcased will be several top-notch regular season matches including top-ranked Maryland, North Carolina, Old Dominion, plus the Big Ten Championship.

NCAA Water Polo on CSTV
Once again, CSTV televised more college water polo than any other network including Cal vs. Stanford, Pepperdine vs. USC, the MPSF Men's Water Polo Championship, and the NCAA Men's Water Polo Championship in December.

CSTV PROGRAMMING PARTNERS

In addition to having programming with 30-plus conferences, CSTV features programming relationships from the best athletic programs across the country including Notre Dame, Ohio State, Stanford, Texas, North Carolina, among others. CSTV continues to break ground by signing exclusive multimedia deals with the following conferences:

MOUNTAIN WEST CONFERENCE (MWC)
CSTV and the Mountain West Conference (MWC), a top Division 1 intercollegiate athletic conference announced a visionary partnership that will revolutionize the college sports landscape. The landmark agreement includes the first NCAA Division 1-A football and men's basketball conference-wide deal for CSTV, beginning in Fall 2006. The CSTV/MWC partnership creates a fully integrated multi-media relationship that will deliver more games to more people in more homes across more sports than any other Conference partnership. The exclusive agreement incorporates all conference-related media and marketing rights, including all television, national over-the-air and satellite radio, video-on-demand, online and broadband and exclusive corporate sponsorship rights. With this, alumni, boosters and fans will be served with more sports, more directly, in more ways and more often.

CONFERENCE USA (C-USA)
CSTV and C-USA have entered into a long term media partnership that will give CSTV media and exclusive marketing rights for all 19 men's and women's C-USA sports, including football and men's and women's basketball. The multi-media partnership commences in August 2005, when CSTV will begin televising C-USA football games as part of its first Division I-A football package.

The CSTV-C-USA agreement includes all conference-related media and marketing rights, including television, national over-the-air and satellite radio, video-on-demand, Internet, broadband, wireless, and exclusive corporate sponsorship and licensing rights. The CSTV partnership with C-USA was designed to coincide with the conference's expansion to 12 member schools.

CSTV will provide coverage for nearly 2,000 C-USA athletic events through all of its distribution outlets. Geographic limitations and travel schedules will no longer prevent C-USA alumni, fans, and student-athletes and their families from following their favorite teams and sports.

THE UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY
CSTV and Navy signed a long-term deal for exclusive television, high definition, internet streaming, broadband and VOD rights to all Navy home football games and additional Navy Athletic events including their top ranked men's lacrosse, and men's and women's basketball.

CSTV will be the exclusive home of Navy athletics as the network will televise every home and neutral site football game (excluding Notre Dame and Army), as well as other Navy men's and women's athletic events, original programming and documentaries centered around the storied Navy athletic program starting fall ?05. A major part of the agreement was that all home football games would be played on Saturday.

The United States Naval Academy has established something special on Fall Saturdays in Annapolis, and CSTV is proud to partner with Navy to deliver the pageantry, electricity and tradition to a national audience. This partnership is about more than football, it is about commitment to all the student-athletes in every sport. CSTV's relationship with Navy will provide programming, through all forms of media, surrounding every Navy athletic team, in addition to original programming rich with exclusive access, unparalleled storytelling and history.
